About These Terms

By completing your Booking, you accept these Terms and any others given to you during the process. These Terms require you and Travel Tour Up to resolve disputes through individual arbitration. This means you cannot go to jury trials or join class actions.

Platform Use

We are responsible for the Platform, but not the Travel Experience itself

Payment

For some services, the Service Provider will require an upfront payment. Check the payment terms during your booking.

Cancellation Policy

You accept the applicable policies as displayed in the booking process. Some bookings cannot be canceled for free.

Rewards and Wallet

Rewards may be issued based on bookings or offers and are stored in your Travel Tour Wallet.

Arbitration Agreement

Most disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration instead of legal action in court.
